Each of our projects come (as standard) with an iron-clad 10-year insurance backed guarantee meaning that your deposit is fully protected and, in the unlikely event of us not being around in 10 years' time, your guarantee would still be honoured. Alongside being a Chartered Building Company, we are unique in that our group also contains a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice. This means that you have a dedicated firm of chartered architects working with you throughout the project, not just at the outset. Ordinarily RIBA architects charge a fee equivalent to ten-percent of the project value for their services but we include this as standard. As part of our elite Chartered Building Company status, we are fully insured (importantly including professional indemnity insurance). For added security we are ombudsman backed through the Quality Assurance Association, giving you total peace of mind.
